Chiropractic care during pregnancy is a safe way to complement your other prenatal care, with the aim of helping your system function at 100%. Dr. Herrst is a Webster technique certified chiropractic physician who practices chiropractic medicine with the aim of helping expecting mamas prepare to greet their little ones.
It's important to remember though that Dr. Herrst is not a chiropractic obsetrician, nor does she practice obstetrics. Chiropractic care during your pregnancy is an additional piece of the prenatal care package, led by your birth provider of choice (OB/GYN, Midwife, etc).
