Typical Visit Charges and Duration.
- New patient visits can range from $85 - $200, including examination and treatment, depending on the complexity of your complaint and the time we spend with you. 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Routine office visits range from $40 - $70 depending on the therapies used. 20 to 30 minutes
- Massage therapy is provided in 30 minute, 60 minute and 90 minute sessions. Please call the office for pricing.

Your First Visit with City Fit
For your first visit with us, we will need you to complete new patient intake paperwork. Please consider downloading and completing this necessary paperwork to decrease the amount of time you spend in our waiting room.
New pediatric patients must have a parental consent form completed and on file.
For new patients with an auto accident claim, please download both new patient paperwork and auto accident paperwork.
You may wish to wear comfortable clothing to help us better identify your concerns.
Your initial consultation and office visit will consist of a complete health history, full physical examination and discussion of possible treatment plans. We ask that you budget approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour for this consultation.
New soft tissue therapy patient visits will consist of a brief discussion of pertinent health history and goals for therapy, in addition to your scheduled therapy time.
Our office can accomodate a variety of payment options. Dr. Herrst is a participating provider with most local insurance plans. You choose if you would like us to bill you or bill your insurance plan.
We can check your benefits for you before you arrive - just call! We are able to bill some plans as an out-of-network provider, however some plans don't have this option. If we bill as an out-of-network provider, your copay or coinsurance costs may be higher.
We will attempt to use any benefits you may have. Please be aware that some plans may not cover our services and that you should always check with your insurance company on their policies. You are ultimately responsible for any charges on your account.
